All digital products sold or delivered through OiBeats are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital content:
- Files are delivered instantly or made accessible immediately after purchase
- The use, duplication, and storage of digital products cannot be reversed
- The value of digital goods can be consumed once accessed
For these reasons, all sales of digital products are final, including but not limited to:
- Beat licenses (all tiers)
- Exclusive licenses
- Sample packs
- Sound kits
- Membership downloads
- Any downloadable content
We do not issue refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Compatibility assumptions
- Subjective expectations (e.g., “not what I expected”)
If you experience a technical issue preventing file access, we will assist in resolving the issue or re-delivering the files, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
2. VIP Memberships
Payments for VIP or subscription-based services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
You may cancel future renewals at any time, but:
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous payments
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
3. Physical Products
OiBeats may offer refunds or exchanges for eligible physical products such as studio equipment, electronics, prints, or branded merchandise, subject to the conditions below.
3.1 Eligibility for Returns

- The item is returned in original packaging
