4. Digital Product Licenses (Beats & Instrumentals)

All beats and instrumentals remain the intellectual property of OiBeats and/or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a beat grants you a non-exclusive or exclusive license, depending on the license type purchased.

License terms may include:

Permitted distribution limits
Monetization rights
Performance rights
Credit requirements
Restrictions on resale or redistribution

You may not claim ownership of the underlying composition unless an exclusive license explicitly transfers ownership.

5. Free Downloads

Free downloads are provided for promotional and non-commercial use only, including:

Social media posts
Demos
Personal listening

You may NOT:

Monetise free downloads
Distribute them commercially
Register them with PROs
Claim ownership

To use a free beat commercially, you must purchase a license.

6. Sample Packs

All sample packs sold or distributed on OiBeats are royalty-free, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

Use sounds in music productions
Modify, process, and incorporate into compositions

You may NOT:

Resell or redistribute samples as standalone files
Share or upload packs to other platforms
Use samples to create competing sample libraries

7. VIP Membership

VIP membership may provide:

Access to exclusive beats
Discounted pricing
Monthly downloads
Early releases or special content

VIP benefits are subject to change at any time.

Memberships:

Are billed repeatedly if applicable
Can be cancelled at any time
Are non-transferable

Violation of license terms may result in termination of VIP access.

8. Physical Products

OiBeats may sell physical goods including but not limited to:

Studio equipment
Music-related prints
Electronics
Branded clothing and merchandise

We aim to ensure product accuracy, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

9. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in the specified currency at checkout
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
Orders may be canceled or refused at our discretion
Payment must be completed before delivery

We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment details.

10. Refunds and Returns

Digital Products

Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical Products

Returns may be accepted within a specified period (e.g., 14–30 days) if:

The item is unused
In original packaging
Not damaged by misuse

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the product is defective.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on OiBeats — including audio, branding, logos, visuals, and text — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Use branding or logos without authorization
Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

12. User Conduct

13. Termination

Termination does not remove obligations related to licenses already granted.

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation
That content will meet your expectations

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OiBeats shall not be liable for:

Loss of data
Business interruption
